Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Magnivibe (A Brand of OM GOVINDA INDUSTRIES), we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
• To cancel an order, please email us at govindragrawal@gmail.com with your order details.
• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only for cancelled orders or defective/damaged products.
• Refunds will be initiated within 8–14 business days as per Razorpay settlement cycle.
• The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet, etc.).

Replacement Policy

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
• Please provide unboxing images/video proof to process the replacement request.
